After a rejuvenating winter break, Falls Brook Organic Farm is preparing for another wonderful
year full of fresh organic produce, herbs and flowers. We have expanded our fields and we now
have two green houses to help us plan an even better season.
Our number of heirloom vegetables has increased and we expect to have 12 varieties of
tomatoes and over 9 varieties of potatoes, garlic, peppers, beets, cucumbers, summer and
winter squash, as well as some interesting European and Asian greens that we found on our
